The details
- What counts as a message?
- One thing you send the agent, however many steps it takes to answer. Reading, editing, connecting, discussion and search never count, and neither does approving what the agent proposes.
- What happens at the free ceiling?
- The 50 messages are a total, not a monthly allowance; the 50 items are a live count, and archiving one frees a slot. At either limit the agent stops answering, and at 50 items adding by hand stops too. Everything you made stays, and a plan picks up where you left off.
- What happens when a paid allowance runs out?
- At 80 percent the owner is told. At 100 percent the workspace keeps working for seven days; after that the agent waits for the month to roll or the plan to move up. Paid plans have no item limit, and nothing is ever locked.
- Does the bill change when someone joins?
- No. Members are unlimited on every plan, and the bill changes only when the workspace changes plan. That happens when it asks the agent more than its allowance covers, never because someone joined.
- Yearly billing
- Ten months for the year, in the currency you pay in, billed up front. Change plan or cancel any time from workspace settings.
- Tax and receipts
- Prices exclude VAT and sales tax, added at checkout where they apply. Bother sells through Onelink, a Stripe company acting as merchant of record: your receipt and card statement say Onelink, and refunds and disputes are handled there. Enterprise is invoiced by Bother directly.
